SERVING QUALITY SINCE 1990
Co-founders Christopher Lau and Raymond Tse met in one of Perth's favourite kitchens as chefs. In 1990, the two saw the gap in the market to bring fresher, quality cuts of meats directly to restaurant owners. They immediately decided to start their own meat catering business.
Since then, they have expanded to encompass both retail and wholesale operations, with an extensive range of products covering traditional fresh meats in specialty cuts, Australian seafood, alternative proteins and a broad list of frozen meat products.
TAKING A LEAP ONLINE
While the butcher shop has become a cult favourite for people who live nearby, Chris and Ray realised that friends and family outside of Northbridge were still stuck eating low quality, grocery store meat.
In 2020, they decided to take Wing Hong’s retail arm online with aims of making premium meal from local farms more accessible for local households and businesses around Western Australia.
